How do you ensure the freshness of my coffee?
We roast our beans in small batches and ship them within 24 to 48 hours of roasting. Each bag is fitted with a one-way degassing valve to preserve peak flavor and aroma during transit.
Where does Origin Coffee source its beans?
We partner directly with sustainable farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Brazil. Our commitment to ethical sourcing ensures that farmers are paid above Fair Trade prices for their premium harvests.
What is the difference between your whole bean and ground options?
Whole beans stay fresh longer and allow you to customize your grind size at home. If you prefer convenience, our ground coffee is processed specifically for drip brewers and pour-overs right before packaging.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your coffee's journey to your doorstep.
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes! Our 'Roaster's Choice' subscription allows you to receive fresh coffee on a weekly or monthly basis at a 15% discount. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if your order was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong roast, please contact us within 7 days for a full replacement.
