At Origin Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on equipment and exchanges for coffee blends. Please note that due to its perishable nature, roasted coffee can only be replaced or refunded if there is a quality defect or shipping error.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that any brewing equipment is unused and includes all original manuals.
Ship to Origin
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement coffee within 3-5 business days.
